Customer Follow up System

This software is for service oriented firms to track ,assign and follow up complaint calls from customers and to monitor the dues from customers effectively. Facility is provided to enter one or more problems reported by a customer and assign the work to the concerned employees. The number of visits made to a customer , charged / uncharged visits & free visits can be ascertained from the package. Also provision has been made to provide customer history, route to customer site & special remarks if any. Employee details like birth date, leaves taken, address, phone no., family details etc. can be stored. When entering a leave , if the employee has an appointment for the day the package will ask you to reassign the appointment.
