The hallmark of DUKE SOFT is its timely support to all customers. Customer calls & Visits are monitored using Customer Follow up System (CFS). Every customer calls are stored in our computer and is either solved over phone itself or is assigned to an executive. We adopt three methods to give customer support.
Calls from customers to office telephone numbers are attended by employees assigned for the purpose. Calls are attended on week days from 9.30am to 12.30pm & from 1.30pm to 5pm.
Calls that cannot be solved through phone, are assigned to employees to be solved through visit to the site. Each employee visiting a customer gets a call sheet signed by the customer with work details done at the site.
We provide net based support, At present we emphazise on net support as it saves traveling time & also almost everyone every where has access to internet.
